What Will I Feel?
The first thing you will notice when using youbreathe is that your breathing feels very slightly restricted, but not uncomfortable. As you breathe in and out through youbreathe you will feel the vibration as a tickling sensation in your chest and abdomen.
If you use your youbreathe as a warm-up device you should feel more energised and able to perform more exercise during your training or game. As you progress with your youbreathe training you should feel more able to breathe and less fatigued during exercise. Most users report that during daily activities like climbing stairs and running for the bus they feel stronger and quicker.
